Who are reviewers? How can one become a reviewer for Cloud Journals?

Reviewers are the expert scholars who review the author’s scholarly work, research paper and keep the right to accept, reject or revise the paper. Generally reviewers are the referees who follow the peer review process.

Cloud Journals are looking for referees who should be expert in their field and able to comment on the work.

Let me know the role of referees?

The prime objective of the referees is to publish your research with maximum quality. Reviewers play important role where editors of the journal relies on them. Editors expects from reviewers that the provided paper would be detailed but require concise assessments of manuscript quality; a clear recommendation about whether the paper should be rejected, revised, or accepted; and feedback to authors that will be helpful in crafting a revision or submission to another journal. Reviewers must be constructive, reasoned, explicit, and ethical so that authors would rely on them.

Authors expect from reviewers that the submitted manuscript which is confidential should not be discussed with others and don’t be copied, quoted it anywhere. They should identify both the strengths and the weaknesses of the paper.

How much time Cloud Journals takes to publish the manuscript?

Cloud journals commit to publish the paper within 3 weeks after submission of the manuscript.

How author can withdraw its published article?

Published articles may be withdrawn by their authors.In this case authors have to pay withdrawn fee of 2500 Rs/$500. On the receipt of the fee, Cloud journals publish a note of withdrawal in the next issue.

Same will also appear on the website of journals.

How authors can submit a manuscript?

To submit a manuscript, authors must follow the instructions given below:

Log in: Firstly, author should start by launching the web browser.

Process I

Register: After then go to the particular journal with Cloud Journals Management System .Here authors can create its own user ID and password to log in by clicking at the tab “Register”. Author has to create profile by filling the registration form with complete details. Authors should provide genuine and frequently used e-mail information. After filling the form click at: “Register” tab to proceed further.

Process II

Manuscript Submission: After registering in particular with Cloud Journals Management System, click on the tab “New Submission”. Here, you get five steps to submit your manuscript.

Step 1: Starting the submission: Select the section (nature of the manuscript) then select all conditions in Submission Checklist, after that select copyright term and conditions, if you want to write comments for editors can write ( its optional) then click at tab “ Save and Continue” to proceed further.

Step 2: Uploading the Submission: Here you can choose manuscript by clicking at tab “choose file” which allow you to select from your desktop (word document is preferred) then click at tab “Upload”. Once your file upload complete after that click at tab “Save and Continue” to proceed further.

Step 3: Entering the Submission's Metadata: Under this step fill author(s) details and can add more authors by clicking at tab” Add Author” then add title and abstract ( are mandatory. Rest of the options are not mandatory if don’t belong to you. Select tab “Save and Continue” to proceed further.

Step 4: Uploading Supplementary Files: Under this step you can upload supplementary files if any ((a) research instruments, (b) data sets, which comply with the terms of the study's research ethics review, (c) sources that otherwise would be unavailable to readers, (d) figures and tables that cannot be integrated into the text itself, or other materials that add to the contribution of the work).

If not then click at tab “Save and Continue” to proceed further.

Step 5: Confirming the Submission: This is last and final step of manuscript submission, here you just confirm about the manuscript file details and then click at tab “Finish Submission” to complete the manuscript submission process. After finishing you gets Active Submission confirmation, you can see you submission by selecting tab” Active Submissions”.

I have forgotten my log in password. What should I do?

If you forgot the password no need to worry. Password of Cloud Journal Management System can be retrieved. Go to your journal then click at the option “LOG IN”, click at “Forgot your password?” Enter your registered email address and select the tab” Reset Password” , immediately a confirmation email send at your email address. Go to your mail box and follow the guidelines to reset your password.

What is the scope of manuscripts which Cloud Journals consider?

Cloud Journals accepts a wide range of manuscripts in all areas of science, engineering, technology, art, humanities and management, but manuscripts should be of original research and explain novel concepts of broad importance of the research to the scientific community. Here, get the categories of the manuscripts below:

Research Articles: Original research in the lab environment or field experience requires documentation which follows set of procedure results in research articles. These could be of full length papers, although authors are encouraged to make it concise as possible. Authors present research findings through documents with quality content and original illustrations. Review Articles: Authors present their research on a particular topic by searching other articles which could say secondary literature search. Ideally, the author searches for the topic from various sources and summarize them into a particular topic. It is a kind of search over the particular topic irrespective of own experimental findings.

Methodology Articles: Research is always inconsistent in nature. It has been updated by incorporating advances in existing methods, test or procedure. Articles based on such research are called methodology articles. The method described may either be completely new, or may offer a better version of existing method. It links the method with demonstrable advance on what is currently available. Articles should be described such a research which have been used well tested method, but not necessarily, used in a way that proves its value.

Case Study/ Case Reports: Individual units such as a person, a group, and an event when followed by the thorough analysis is referred either case study or case report. It follows similar procedures for both social sciences and life sciences either descriptive or explanatory manner. In medicine, a case report is a detailed report of the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of an individual patient. Case reports may contain a demographic profile of the patient, but usually describe an unusual or novel occurrence.

Monograph: A monograph is a work of writing upon a single subject, usually by a single author. It is often a scholarly essay or learned treatise, and may be released in the manner of a book or journal article. It is by definition a single document that forms a complete text in itself. An author may therefore declare her or his own work to be a monograph by intent, or a reader or critic might define a given text as a monograph for the purpose of analysis. Normally the term is used for a work intended to be a complete and detailed exposition of a substantial subject at a level more advanced than that of a textbook.

Cloud Journals have signed memorandum of understanding with its editors and reviewers which includes confidentiality of the submitted manuscripts. Our peer review process is also confidential where identities of reviewers are not shared and displayed to others.
